Roasted Broccolini

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch of broccolini

  • Olive oil*

  • Salt and pepper*

 
 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Chop of the bottom 2 inches of the broccolini and cut any thick stalks in half lengthwise. Place the broccolini in a single layer on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to evenly coat. Roast for 15 minutes. Sprinkle lightly with fleur de sel. Enjoy!
